Sponsor Guest Registration Instructions

Instructions for Guests to Register themselves: 

1. Select Link below or here https://stcharlesgala25.givesmart.com.
2. If returning Gala participant, you may need to login by selecting the top right button: "Sign in or Register" 
3. On the Home Page, click “Sponsor Table/Purchase Tickets”
4. To  “Make your selection”, scroll down to “VIP Ticket - INVITE ONLY” (second to last option) and enter the quantity of guests. For instance, for you and your spouse, enter “2”.  Then select "Next" at the bottom of the page. 
5. Enter your information under Purchaser (you will not be charged for your      complimentary tickets).
6. Under ‘Company or Group Name’, leave blank.
7. Select the Sponsor Host name from list and then select “Next”.
8. Select  “Reserve Tickets” (You and your guests that register themselves will immediately get a text confirmation)

9. Check your email, for each guest registered, and click “Accept Invitation” to complete your VIP ticket registration.
